We stopped for breakfast while visiting the finger lakes. Simply Jimmy's is homey and has a big menu. Overall we were most impressed with the service. There was one server who was able to take care of the entire place by herself. She did an amazing job. Another plus was brunch time on a weekday and they were happy to make breakfast or lunch. We decided on a Sicilian panini, they were able to make it on gluten free bread, and a garbage plate. The sandwich was good and I was thrilled they offered sweet potato fries. The garbage plate came out with a raw, still frozen burger. The server apologized, took it back and had it remade. She was also kind enough to take it off the check. Overall not a bad experience but not sure how the cook didn't notice sending out a frozen burger.

Cute little place. Started out to another cafe, was not open yet. Found this one a few doors down. Service was friendly. The food was pretty good, and still warm.
Dashed a garbage plate beans were iffy but the burger was hitting, fries are fries the tea wasn't the greatest overall I'm full would order again.
We are locals and are always looking to support the local businesses We came in despite the mixed reviews Honestly I'm surprised that hat anyone had a bad experience The owners Jimmy and his wife came out to talk with us about our meal And if we were satisfied Really loved the eggs Benedict and hash browns And! It's one of the few places that offers gluten free bread, always working towards customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place, and it's affordable!!

Pretty sad that when an employee is fired for stealing or giving free food to family members or is constantly in the bathroom doing illegal drugs, constantly calling in or having to leave during a shift then has friends and family write bad reviews. I have been to this place plenty of times and the food is good. The owner has been a cook for several yrs and definitely can throw down some great food and run a kitchen but when you have inexperienced servers messing up and blaming it on the cook then bad mouthing the place. Pretty sad that people would want to ruin a business for their own satisfaction. The place is busy and has regular customers who support them. Everything is made fresh to order, burgers are pressed to order, chicken breaded to order, real turkey cooked for sandwiches and dinners, soups are homemade.
